This Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") governs your use of the "My Counsel" application ("App") provided by us. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that such use constitutes your acceptance of this Disclaimer and the terms herein.
1. Nature of the App
The App is a cause list management and organizational tool designed for lawyers in Pakistan. Its primary function is to help you maintain a digital record of your cases and their scheduled hearings for your convenience. The App is not intended to be and does not constitute a source of legal advice, a substitute for official court records, or a replacement for your professional judgment and due diligence.
2. No Warranty
The App and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. My Counsel disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Counsel shall not be liable for damages resulting from use of the App, reliance on its cause list or scheduling features, or any missed deadlines or professional consequences arising from such use.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter. You must verify hearing dates, case statuses, and other information with official court records. The App is a secondary organizational tool and should not be relied upon as your sole source of truth for legal proceedings.
5. Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action arising under this Disclaimer shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.
